OASMIA PHARMACEUTICAL AB

On June 21, 2017, Oasmia Pharmaceutical AB (“Oasmia”) issued a press release (the “Release”) announcing that it has resolved to issue warrant to certain of employees of its subsidiary Oasmia Incentive AB. A copy of the Release is attached as an exhibit to this report on Form 6-K.
