Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 26, 2020, Callon Petroleum Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the termination of the Company’s previously announced offer to exchange (and the solicitation of consents related thereto) its outstanding 6.25% Senior Notes due 2023, its 8.25% Senior Notes due 2025, its 6.125% Senior Notes due 2024 and its 6.375% Senior Notes due 2026 for newly issued 8.00% Second Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2025.
