Better Choice Company Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2019 (the “Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because the Company needs additional time to obtain and compile information required to be included in the Company’s Form 10-Q. The Company is making this filing in order to provide management with sufficient time to complete their financial statements. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q as soon as practicable.
