Other Events.

 

On December 2, 2019, Navidea Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that on November 27, 2019, the Court of Common Pleas for Franklin County, Ohio issued a decision in the matter Navidea Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. v. Capital Royalty Partners II LP, et al, 18-CV-003097. The court ordered that CRG is liable to Navidea in the amount of $4,265,434.17 plus statutory interest from April 9, 2018. The decision is a final appealable order that terminates the case.
