Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

In response to the continued spread of COVID-19, and for the health and safety of its employees and customers, Delta Apparel, Inc. has temporary closed all owned retail stores in the United States, effective March 18, 2020. The Company expects these closures to last at least three weeks, but will continuously assess the rapidly-evolving situation, taking into account the guidance of global health organizations and local governments to determine the right time to reopen store locations. The Company will continue to serve its customers through its websites at www.saltlife.com, www.coastapparel.com, www.soffe.com and www.deltaapparel.com. 

 

In addition, adhering to government guidelines, Delta Apparel, Inc. has temporarily suspended operations at its manufacturing facilities in Honduras, effective March 17, 2020, and El Salvador, effective March 19, 2020 and anticipates these facilities to be closed for at least three weeks.  The Company believes it has sufficient inventory on hand in its distribution facilities located across the United States to service its business until the manufacturing facilities resume operations.
