Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 9, 2022, Velo3D, Inc. (“Velo3D, Inc” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2022 (the "Press Release"). In the Press Release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on August 9, 2022 at 2:00p.m. Pacific Time to discuss its financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2022.
On August 9, 2022, the Company also published earnings presentation slides (the "Earnings Presentation") related to its financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2022 for use in investor discussions. Copies of the Press Release and Earnings Presentation are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
