Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 15, 2025, Yoshiharu Global Co., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its intention to change its name to Vestand, Inc to reflect the evolution of the Company from its origins as a restaurant operator into a diversified brand that will also include real estate development and digital asset ventures. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) and is incorporated by reference herein.
