Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Resignation of Named Executive Officer
On April 20, 2026, Didier Papadapoulos, President of Aircraft OEM of Joby Aviation, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he would be resigning, effective July 3, 2026, to spend time with family and pursue personal interests after five successful years leading the Company’s aircraft development efforts. Mr. Papadapoulos’ decision was not related to any disagreement or dispute with the Company, and the Company is grateful for his contributions.
The Company and Mr. Papadapoulos expect to enter into an agreement pursuant to which Mr. Papadapoulos will provide continued advisory services to the Company on an ongoing basis.
